GI bleed

My patient came in for an elective surgery of the hip. He has a history of rectal prolapse and has had a hiatal hernia for a long time. He has been vomiting non stop for 2 days before GI got involved. An EGD was scheduled on day 5 post op. He continues to have coffee ground emesis. A BT was performed on day 4 post op due to Hgb of 6.4. His Hgb improved to 8.4. A hemocult of the vomitus was perform and came back positive. Pt is non responsive to anti nausea medications. Was finally started on Protonix drip at 2300 of POD4. *will add more after my shift*

the hard part of every make up rendezvous is the payout/ the cash out/ the money. recently, I was looking into Mac products since my Tarte amazonian clay concealer is almost out. I bumped into a posting on google shopping on a Mac Pro-long wear concealer costing $22 on Nordstrom vs the mark proce of $28-$29 on Sephora and Macy's. That's $6-$7 less!.
